Word leaked out this week that just prior to Donald Trump purchasing the Doral Resort in Florida, he was making inquiries to Bretwood management about acquiring Bretwood's 36 holes. According to a source close to the negotiations, it broke down when BGC management said it wanted to insert a clause into the agreement that they would be the exclusive suppliers for the next 10 years of the bunker sand from their pit. Who wouldn't want that...The Donald I guess
