Back To Normal

Despite the threat of a mutiny by Cheez, House and Little Bow Pete to create their own league, it never happened when they got the "look" from the Commish.  So 18 players, 6 teams of three played 2 BB on the South course.  Mad Dog decided he would make the rules instead of Commish and declared the ball will be played down from now on.  Commish went along with it, but several players protested based on the condition of the South course from the flood.  Their protests fell on deaf ears.

Pudge lead his team of Commish and Lenny to 2.5 sides with a score of even on front and -2 on back for a -2 total.  Only Joey M's team of Cheez and House were able to tie for the front with even par.

There were 4 skins worth $22 a piece by Mad Dog, 40, Deacon and Joey M.  Low scores of the day were Pudge 70, Sandy 76 and Joey M 76.  Nine of the eighteen players broke 80.

Talk of the deck was what the failed "New" league should have been called.  Here are a few of the good ones.  Newspaper Boys (because they stroke control their scores not real scores), RCF League (no explanation necessary),  House League (weak) and the Exiles.

Mad Dog took $3 from Bear on the strength of his $4 eagle on 10.  So YTD Mad Dog up $5.

The Commish/Loy matches are back... After losing $30 last Sunday, Loy came back for more this week and lost only $5, so YTD Loy down $35 to Commish.  Commish is grinning from ear to ear that his personal ATM has come home to him.
