Quiet Landing

The Cheese after saying for days he was too tired from yard work and rusty from 12 days without golf did show up for his 2012 debut.  With the Elk's tournament on the South course only 12 Pot Gamers were available to play.  Captain Randy with Birdie, Fireman and Coach shot +7 on the front and +15 total to take 2/3 of the pot.  Skrocki's team of Bret, Hilow and Vinny shot +7 on back to grab 1/3.  Which left one team out in the cold otherwise know as the $20 beer syndrome.  Guess who's team that was, that's right Cheez with TJ, Dougie and Lenny.  There were 5 skins worth $12 a piece  2 Skrocki, 1 Coach, 1 Hilow and 1 Cheez.  Low scores of the day were Skrocki 74,  Tractorman 77 and TJ 79.  It appears Tractorman has broken his slump and will be soon headed to the Gold Tees.  Coach wandered in from "Down East" to keep the Roy Boy name alive. Editor Bear away on special assignment pieced this story together from live reporting by veteran text master Birdie and cub reporter TJ.  Cheez told his Village tales leaving Pot Gamers speechless and took the time to trash Bear and Commish for not attending his first Pot Game (should not have done that).  Sounds like nothing has changed...
